Welcome Home, Eagles!

Enjoy traveling with your FAHS Family from Frankfurt to the beautiful Rhine River, medieval Rothenburg, Neuschwanstein Castle, Munich, Berchtesgaden, and famous "Eagle's Nest" in the Bavarian Alps...

Come on, you know you've thought about it! Seeing our old High School; exploring downtown Frankfurt, walking the cobblestone streets of Sachsenhausen... Now is your chance to do it with your Family, Classmates and Friends - no other opportunity can compare to this... check it all out on this website. Our Eagles in Germany Reunion Tour is divided into two parts: the "Reunion" and the "Tour". Our All-Class Reunion will be an amazing experience - imagine enjoying cocktails on the castle terrace with the Rhine River at your feet. Rheinfels Castle has been watching over this part of Germany's lifeline for eight centuries, and the atmosphere of this very special place will surely leave a lasting impression on you. We'll have a first-class welcome dinner at the castle restaurant, and even spend the night there! After a short Rhine River Cruise to the famous Loreley, we will have a private Wine Tasting in the lovely town of Sankt Goar (free sampling of some of the best wine in Germany and 15-year-old homemade brandies). You will also have some free time to explore the Rheinfels Castle ruins - the largest castle ruins on the Rhine River. From the castle, we continue into Frankfurt for a City Tour with the evening in Sachsenhausen. Our last day in Frankfurt will be filled with a Guided Tour to as many of the old military community sites as possible. Wonder what Gibbs Kaserne, Drake and Edwards, or Hicog look like now? This is your chance to see! From Frankfurt, we continue with the Tour part; which will include stops in Rothenburg ob der Tauber (the best preserved medieval town in Germany), Mad King Ludwig II's enchanting Neuschwanstein Castle, and Berchtesgaden in the Bavarian Alps. One of the many highlights of the Tour will be our group lunch up at the famous "Eagle's Nest," an elevation of 1,834 meters (6,017 ft.) near Berchtesgaden. Here we will also have the opportunity to visit the Adlergehege (Eagle Reserve) - selfies holding an actual live Eagle, anyone? After an incredible time in the Alps, we will head up to Munich, the Capital of Bavaria. Home of the famous Oktoberfest and Munich Hofbräuhaus, this city is a great place to finish up the trip. Bavaria is everything German -- from the exciting beer halls and oom-pah music down to the Lederhosen and Bratwurst -- don't miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit Germany with your friends and family!

About the Organizer

"Since graduating from FAHS in 1987, I have been fortunate to get back to Frankfurt many times. Like most of you, the experience of "growing up" in Germany left a very deep impression on me - in 1997, I started my own Tour Company; and over the last 20 years I have been honored to personally guide thousands of international travelers to scenic, historical, and cultural sites all over Europe. Travel has been my passion, my profession, ...my life. I'm inviting you to join me on this incredible adventure back to Germany! This is your chance not only to get back to Frankfurt to see what's changed, and what's not; it's your chance to do it with your FAHS Family! Why not include some of the very best Germany has to offer? Perhaps some of the places you visited so long ago... perhaps other places you always wanted to go... We're bringing it all together - Family, Friends, Fellowship, and Fun - and we're doing it all right back where we started... Eagles in Germany - Book today!"
