How much do I still owe?
We are working on your invoices for this trip and will send them out to you in the coming days. Please watch for your invoice in the mail before March 31, 2020. The final balance for the Tour is due one month later, on April 30, 2020. You can choose to pay by check or by credit card (you do not have to be a PayPal member to use a credit card, however it is a little cheaper for you if you pay by check). Reunion Tour 2020 - Payment Details

Eagles in Germany Reunion Tour - Payment Information
Here you can find details on how to pay your balance for our Eagles in Germany Reunion Tour. Your invoice for the Reunion Tour will be on its way to you soon. Payment in full is due in our office no later than April 30, 2020. You can choose to pay the balance by credit card online or over the phone; or if you prefer, you can send us a check by mail. Either way, once you have paid off your balance, you will receive your Eagles in Germany Travel Packets, complete with lots of helpful pre-trip information and materials. Final correspondence for the Tour will be sent to you in late July. Please note that any spots on the trip not paid in full by the deadline above, may be re-sold to Eagles on the waiting list. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The rate of the Reunion + Tour (8 nights) is USD $1,795.00 per person; which includes your room in wonderful Hotels, most meals and some drinks, entrance fees, guiding services, deluxe motor coach transportation throughout, FAHS T-Shirt, local taxes, and all fees. Payment by check gives you a USD $95.00 discount, bringing the total down to $1,700.00 per person. The Single Room supplement is USD $305 ($120 Reunion + $185 Tour). Rates are based on the current USD/EUR rate of exchange, and subject to change up until final payment is received.

Save $95.00 OFF per person when you pay by check. The Reunion Tour rate is $1700 per person (based on double occupancy; 1795 - 95 = 1700), and deposits were $200.

IF YOU BOOKED A SINGLE ROOM: The Single Room Supplement is $305 (for the 8 day Tour, making your total $2005 for a single. When making payments, please deduct your deposit already paid, so you pay only $1805.00).
